Privacy notice
This notice covers two things. What happens to the details you send through the enquiry form, and what happens to the material you share with us during a piece of work.
Who we are
Bid Crucible is a trading name of Ilori Streamline Ltd, a company registered in England and Wales, number 16378536. That company is the data controller for enquiries made through this site. Its registered office, and the postal address for anything to do with your data, is 20 Wenlock Road, London, England, N1 7GU.
The enquiry form
What we collect
Your name, your organisation, your email address, your phone number if you give it, and whatever you write in the message.
Why
To answer your enquiry and, if you go on to engage us, to do the work. Our lawful basis for answering the enquiry is our legitimate interest in responding to a business enquiry you started. Once an enquiry becomes an engagement, the lawful basis becomes the performance of that contract.
How long we keep it
Enquiries that don't become work are deleted inside twelve months. Where an enquiry becomes an engagement, the material is kept for the life of that engagement, and then for the period contract law and tax law require. That period is being confirmed and will be stated here as a figure.
What else happens to it
It is used to answer you, and it is never sold or added to a mailing list.
Material you share during a piece of work
Bid work means you send us documents: monitoring data, evaluations, accounts, delivery records, previous applications. These are the rules it is held under.
- It's used for your bid only, and your evidence is never reused in another organisation's application.
- It's not used to train anything, so no model is trained or fine tuned on your material.
- It's deleted on request, subject only to what we're obliged to retain.
- You own the output, and everything we produce for you is yours on delivery.
Please don't send us personal data about the people you support
Bids are written from aggregated outcomes and anonymised case material, and that's all we need. If a case study you want to use identifies someone, anonymise it before it reaches us. If it arrives anyway we'll tell you and delete it.
Processors
Three categories of third party touch this: AI model providers, for drafting and checking, hosting for this site and the enquiry form, and email delivery for the reply. Which named providers, on what terms and under what data processing agreement is set out in the agreement you sign before any work starts. Ask first and we'll tell you before you send anything.
Your rights
You can ask what we hold about you, have it corrected or deleted, and object to us holding it. Ask through the enquiry form and we'll act on it, and you can also complain to the Information Commissioner's Office, which regulates this in the UK.
Cookies
This site sets no cookies, and everything it loads comes from its own address. Your visit is not counted or measured.
