Funding bids and tenders, from £400 for one or from £950 a month
More applications, and only to the funds and contracts that fit what you do. A month of them starts at £950 a month. One document on its own is £400 to £750 checked, or from £500 written.
We confirm whether we can meet your deadline in the same reply, before you pay anything.
Which bid is yours?
A grant, a trust or core costs
The funding has to come from somewhere and nobody in the office has a spare week. A paid funder list does not write anything. Each application is written from your own figures. 2, 4 or 6 a month, or one application at £500 to £2,500.
A tender on the portal
A pack sits on the portal. The quality questions, the method statements and the social value section all need answering. Your last three contracts and your own numbers are most of that answer already. 1 or 2 tenders a month, or one at £2,500 to £5,000.
Has this worked for a charity like ours?
One UK charity bought a £5,000 engagement and has kept us on a monthly retainer since. The whole engagement, and what the first read of their papers caught, is on the case study page.
What does it cost?
A review of a charity's funding application is £400 to £750. A review of a tender response is £550 to £950, because a tender response is longer and scored question by question. Writing a grant application or a small tender is £500 to £2,500, and a full tender is £2,500 to £5,000. A month of applications for a charity starts at £950 a month, and a month of tenders for a company starts at £1,950 a month. The band you pick sets the number.
Each fee is fixed first, and you pay when the document is delivered. The pricing page carries every band, what moves a job inside one, and what the fixed fee already covers.
