Who does the work?
Theo Ilori. My background is engineering: an MSc in mechanical engineering from UCL, and my first engineering work was at GE in Basildon, on precision turbine manufacturing and thermal process control.
So I add every figure in your budget up again, independently of the draft, and I hold each answer against the criterion it is marked on.
What you can check before you spend anything

Your contract, your invoice and any data processing agreement are with a company you can look up before you sign.
